  • Give up smoking
    Smoking can reduce fertility; partners of men who smoke have a reduced chance of conceiving
  • Ease off the booze
    You might decide to avoid drinking excessively because

    • Alcohol can affect sperm quality making you less fertile
    • Heavy drinking can cause temporary impotence
  • Keep stress to a minimum
  • Eat well and exercise

A healthy diet and regular physical activity will reduce stress and improve your overall fitness.
