MovementWorks 'Build A Bridge' for 2-7 year olds
Our 'Build A Bridge' weekly dance movement sessions are for children aged 2-7 years and are FREE to attend!
Monday mornings (term-time only) 9.30 - 10.15 a.m. in the Sports Hall at Tooting Leisure Centre
We launched our Developmental Dance Movement® for Child Development 'Build A Bridge' in November 2023 and provide a weekly dance movement session (term-time only) to support the development of children, ages 2-7 years, of all abilities. This project is supported by a grant from the City Bridge Trust making the sessions FREE of charge to children/families.
MovementWorks® is the originator and global lead of the Developmental Dance Movement® Method, Programme and Training. Developmental Dance Movement® (DDM) is an evidence-based early years programme conceived to enhance global development (cognitive, physical, social, emotional). Activities are simple, fun and interactive, designed to be enjoyed as a group and supported by Makaton signing.
We are actively seeking to welcome children with additional, social communication needs
