The SEND handbook is designed as a guide to the process of assessment and identification of special educational needs including SEN support and an Education, Health and Care Needs assessment. 

This has been revised following the first 6 years of implementing the reforms and reflects Wandsworth’s Strategy for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 2020-2024.
