Going out, meeting friends, making friends and having fun.

By the time you are in your teens you are likely to have a lot of friends at school. When you move on from school, to college, work, training or any combination of activities, go to a different youth centre, this is an important time to ensure that you stay in touch with your friends, especially if you are leaving or changing school.

It is sometimes a challenge to do this.  But it is even harder if you have drifted apart from your friends. If you are finding it difficult to keep in contact you may want to think about pooling personal budgets to arrange transport to venues.  Then you can meet up and keep your friendships going.

You can apply for a WAND Card+ when you are 18 for use up to 25 years of age.  This can be helpful in accessing activities and social venues in Wandsworth.

There are also a number of youth clubs and groups in Wandsworth where you can go and meet people and make friends.
