Stronger Relationships is a 6 Week online course , run by the Race Equalities Foundation ( REF ) to help parents communicate more positively ,  listen better , cope with stress, and co-parent in a calmer way for the sake of their children. 

These courses are Currently FREE to Wandsworth Parents as Wandsworth have got the licence for one Year. So don’t miss out !! 

Stronger Relationships is practical and helpful , easy to access from home, many fathers have completed it , and it works if only one parent takes part as overall family communication improves.

Through the Strong Relationships course, I learned the importance of open communication, setting healthy boundaries, and active listening in building and maintaining strong connections. I also gained a better understanding of how to manage conflict constructively and recognize the different ways people give and receive love and support. Overall, it helped me reflect on my own relationship patterns and gave me practical tools to improve both personal and professional relationships
