Wandsworth 2025-2028 Strategy for Children and Young People with SEND (aged 0-25 years)

Wandsworth Children’s Services, NHS South-West London Clinical Commissioning Group (SWLCCG) and SEND Parent Carers in Wandsworth as the Local Area partners have worked together to develop our SEND Strategy 2025 – 2028.

This strategy marks a significant point along our improvement journey in the Local Area to ensure individual children’s aspirations are heard, and their lives are improved from early years through adolescents to adulthood. 

Children are at the heart of everything we do in Wandsworth.
