Child Support Agency

The Child Support Agency (CSA) provides advice and information on the statutory child maintenance schemes. These are legal processes that enable parents to pay towards the costs of their child(ren) if they are separated.

For all children up to the age of 18 years.

The CSA ensures that:

parents who live apart pay towards the cost of their child(ren)
calculates and collects child maintenance payments
