Community Legal Advice
The Community Legal Advice website offers free, confidential and independent legal advice for residents of England and Wales.
If you are living on a low income or benefits, you may be eligible for free specialist advice from legal advisers.
Advice is available on a range of issues including:
- benefits and tax credits;
- debt;
- education;
- housing;
- employment;
- your rights if your marriage or civil partnership breaks down; and
- family problems.
Help is available by calling the helpline from 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours leave a message and we will call you back the next working day.
