The Well Centre
A free, confidential, holistic health hub for young people aged 11 to 20, providing support for physical, mental/emotional wellbeing and sexual health including GP consultations and prescribing.
Whether you’re worried about a football injury, acne, have questions about sexual health, feel low or are just wondering what is normal, get in touch. The Well Centre provide a safe and confidential space for you to speak to one of our team made up of GPs, Therapists and Health & Wellbeing Practitioners.
They offer 1 to 1 support, run groups, workshops, drop-ins and provide social prescribing.
The team can help you with:
- Physical or mental health concerns
- Smoking, vaping and substance misuse
- Healthy eating, exercise, sleep advice
- Contraception and sexual health advice
- Prescribe medication
- Relationships
- Bullying
- Self-esteem
- Managing stress
- Confidence and Identity
- Offer referrals to community youth activities
- Anxiety and Depression
- Self-harm
- Past traumas
- Anger and emotional regulation
- Any other emotional worries
Wandsworth Drop-In
The Well Centre runs a weekly drop-in clinic every Monday from 4:00–5:30pm at TWC Herne Hill Group Practice, 74 Herne Hill, London SE24 9QP.
Young people are welcome to attend the drop-in at Herne Hill Group Practice to speak with one of our Health & Wellbeing Practitioners. Support may be offered during the session, or you may be referred for further help within our team. The drop-in is suitable for young people seeking support with: anxiety, low mood, managing stress, self-esteem, confidence, bullying, sexual health concerns.
Please do not attend the drop-in if you need support with the following: self-harm, past trauma, significant eating problems. Instead, complete a referral from our Referrals page so we can offer appropriate support.

The Well Centre are now using the Oasis St Martin Village site as one of the Well Centre’s locations. Please note that this location is available strictly by appointment only.
