Polish School Putney-Wimbledon

The Polish School Putney-Wimbledon is a supplementary school run by a voluntary Service.

Children from all backgrounds are welcome, however, sufficient knowledge of Polish language is required in order to benefit from the teaching and additional activities.

Children and young people age 4-19 years who join the school will:

  • learn about Polish culture, history and geography;
  • have the option to take GCSE, AS and A2 examinations in Polish;
  • have the opportunity to socialise with other Polish speaking children and professionals;
  • participate in a range of cultural events and activities like school plays and performances, competitions and Polish national holiday celebrations.

The school runs a bursary scheme, which is available to families who meet specific criteria.

A parent and toddler group for parents with children aged 0-4 years is available during school term-time. Children must be accompanied at all times.

For more information or to apply, please telephone or visit the school during school opening hours. Messages are picked up during school hours only.
