Wandsworth Youth Partnership Board
The Wandsworth Youth Partnership Board brings together statutory services and community, voluntary and faith sector (VCFS) organisations to strengthen the local Youth Offer and improve outcomes for young people across the borough.
Members of the Board
The Board is co‑chaired by community (VCFS) partners, reflecting a shared leadership approach between the council and the voluntary sector.
Membership is open and evolving, and we welcome new organisations who are committed to improving outcomes for young people in Wandsworth.
Who the Board is for
The Board is for anyone working with young people aged 5 to 18 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND). It meets quarterly and is supported/administered by the council (agendas and minutes are shared in advance).

By joining the Board, VCFS partners can:
- Help shape borough priorities and ensure young people’s voices and lived experience drive decisions.
- Link into practical partnership work on safe youth spaces, workforce development, wellbeing/early support, reaching seldom-heard young people, and data/impact learning.
- Access support and shared learning on funding opportunities and partnership bids.
- Increase visibility of your offer by keeping your information accurate on the Family Information Service (so families and professionals can find and refer into you).
What we do (shared priorities for the year)
The Board acts as a “system driver” for coordinated partnership delivery. Our shared priorities include:
- Youth voice and co‑production (including “You said – we did” feedback loops)
- Safe, inclusive and accessible youth spaces (mapping provision, identifying gaps, improving access)
- A skilled and supported youth workforce (shared learning, training expectations, safeguarding standards)
- Trusted relationships, wellbeing and early support (stronger links between youth provision, schools and support pathways)
- Reaching “seldom seen, seldom heard” young people through proactive, partnership outreach.
How to get involved
- Attend quarterly meetings and bring partnership updates, emerging needs, and opportunities to collaborate.
- Update your service listing on the Family Information Service so families can find you and professionals can signpost/referral accurately.
Governance and alignment
The Board works alongside wider partnership structures including the Health and Wellbeing Board, the Wandsworth Children’s Safeguarding Partnership, and the Youth Justice Service Management Board, helping align priorities and joined‑up working.

Providing a clear, visual snapshot of key information about young people in Wandsworth, this profile brings together data and insight to help partners understand need and context at borough and local (cluster) level. It is designed to support a data‑informed Youth Offer, helping the Youth Partnership Board and VCFS partners identify patterns, gaps and priorities, and strengthen shared planning and decision‑making.
