Balham Rainbow Nursery

Balham Rainbow are dedicated to providing high quality childcare for children aged 0-5 years old, with passionate and dedicated staff who want to make a difference.  Our team consists of DBS checked and fully qualified childcare practitioners, in addition they are all qualified in paediatric first aid, beyond our statutory requirements.

Our staff have access to outstanding resources, enabling them to do their very best. We put a great emphasis on continuous training in order to enhance their knowledge and to sharpen their skills. Our staff have regular appraisals in order to reflect on their own practice and improve any areas they feel they need.

We firmly believe that the key to an outstanding nursery lies with hiring and retaining the best staff, by emphasising the need to continuously improve we can be sure we are providing the best childcare.

All of our staff offer something different to bring to the nursery and work together as a team to ensure children receive the best quality of care. Our staff are always happy to accommodate parents, and understand that sometimes it can be a difficult transition for them when their children are starting nursery. They are happy and caring individuals with a passion for teaching children.
