Beams of Light at Merlin School
At Beams of Light After School Care they believe they can help the children build a strong foundation in their future years.
They aim to provide a service that is open to all, regardless of their racial, religious or cultural backgrounds, language and gender.
The club will be managed by 3 staff members (minimum) on a daily basis. Safeguarding the children is paramount. They will be supervised at all times.
The children will be provided with a variety of activities to enhance their imaginative, physical, social and recreational skills
Activities provided:
- Arts and crafts (including singing, dancing and drama)
- Design and technology
- Home Economics (cooking, sewing, crocheting etc.)
- Football, Tennis, Volleyball, Playball
- ICT
- Table top games
- Outdoor and indoor physical activities
Children will also be provided with a variety of nutritious and balanced snacks. Beams of Light take into consideration the children’s dietary requirements.
