Family Nurse Partnership

The Family Nurse Partnership is an intensive, structured, home visiting programme.

This service is available to first time mums and dads under the age of 20 years (care leavers aged 20-24 are also eligible).

Parent using the service will receive:

  • a visit from a family nurse;
  • help and advice on having a healthy pregnancy; and
  • support in being the best mum or dad you can be.

Health professionals and expectant mums and dads can contact the team for more information and advice.
