National Centre for Domestic Violence

The National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) provides free, fast and user-friendly service that helps a victim obtain an emergency injunction within 24 hours.

This service is for men and women experiencing domestic violence.

The service offers:

  • assessments on eligibility for legal aid;
  • a case worker to help prepare an injunction application;
  • alternative refuge accommodation and legal protection for children caught up in abusive or failing relationships.
