Certitude (Southside Partnership)

Certitude is a charity which supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to lead more independent lives. They provide the following services in Wandsworth:

- Respite services at Wardley Street (emergency and regular customers)
- Shared Lives (adult placements)
- Outreach and floating community support
- Support with training and getting a job
- Travel Buddy support
- Individual budget services

They also provide a My Breaks service that offers holidays, activities and outings for people with learning disabilities so their unpaid carer can have a break.
