Children's Specialist Therapies
The St George's Community Specialist Therapies team works with children in the community in the Borough of Wandsworth. This is a newly amalgamated team, which was previously known as Community Therapies and Complex Needs Therapy teams.
The service offers access to:
Speech and Language Therapy Services (SLT)
Occupational Therapy Services (OT)
Services take place in clinics, Children’s Centres, mainstream schools and nurseries. The Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Teams are based at Children’s Therapies, Ground Floor Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton Lane SW15 5PN Phone number: 0208 725 5748 and 0208 725 2750. The Speech and Language Therapy Team are based at St John’s Therapy Centre, 162 St John’s Hill, SW11 1SW. Phone number 0208 812 4023.

To use these services your child will usually need to be either:
- Referred by their parent or carer "self referral" or
- Referred by their doctor or other health practitioner, and/or
- Referred by a professional through Referral to Universal Services
