YoungMinds is a leading national charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.
The YoungMinds website offers information to children and young people and their parents/carers about mental health and emotional wellbeing. YoungMinds also supports and informs professionals who work with children and young people by providing reliable information about common mental health and behaviour concerns. They also offer a number of publications on common childhood mental health issues such as depression, self harm and eating disorders.
The YoungMinds Parents’ Helpline offers free, confidential online and telephone support, including information and advice, to any adult worried about the emotional problems, behaviour or mental health of a child or young person up to the age of 25.
