Trinity Road Supported Accommodation Unit

Trinity Road is a supported accommodation service provided by the charity NewServol for people with mental health problems. It is available to people between the ages of 18 – 60. It provides a range of practical, emotional and housing related support to clients including support, or advice, with:

  • Accessing community services, education, employment and training
  • Welfare benefits claims
  • Managing personal income, developing budgeting skills, paying bills and managing debts
  • Developing family and friendship networks
  • Developing life skills, such as shopping, using local transport, cooking and looking after their home
  • Maintaining a tenancy
  • Taking prescribed medications
  • Personal safety and security

Each client at the service has a keyworker that they meet regularly for support. Individual action plans are reviewed quarterly, and keyworkers and care coordinators support and advise clients who are moving on from Trinity Road.

The building is owned and maintained by Viridian Housing Association London.
