Parents and Carers Feedback Branch
Parent and Carers Feedback Branch is a forum for parents and carers who have been involved with Wandsworth Children’s Services, past and present. We value new parents bringing their voices, and collaborate on projects.
Parents and Carers Feedback Branch ensure that parents and carers voices help shape and improve services, by feeding back to policy makers and senior managers in Children’s Services.
We are a warm, welcoming, friendly, community who meet monthly to share experiences and collaborate on projects. The meetings are safe and confidential.
Our projects include:
- sitting on recruitment panels when new staff are interviewed
- helping to re design how child protection conferences run
- an ever expanding tree collage in the child protection conference suite with messages from parents to social workers
- training social workers and other professionals about issues like neglect, mental health, substance use, and how best to approach and work with families.

Family Rights Group
If you require any support, the Family Rights Group provide free, independent advice and support for parents, carers and family members who are involved with children’s services or need guidance on their rights, family support and child welfare.
