Special Needs School Nursing Service

Wandsworth Specialist SEN Nursing Team is a service for children and young people attending Special Schools, Pupil Referral Units, the Youth Offending Team, or those who do not attend school.

The Team provides support and training to school staff, work with parents on transition into or out of school, and develop care plans with young people and their parents to keep them safe in school.

Date and Time

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
