Battersea Park Children's Zoo (Admission concession from 1st Feb 2026)

NEW ADMISSION CONCESSION

From 1st February 2026 a WAND card will entitle the card-holding child/young person to a concession rate of £11.95 which will also include free admission for one accompanying carer.

Any additional visitors attending with the card holder would need to purchase standard admission tickets.

To clarify, from 1st February the WAND card will no longer provide free admission, but it will continue to be accepted as valid proof of eligibility for our discounted disabled child rate.

WAND Card holders are welcome at Battersea Park Children's Zoo. 

The Zoo encourages 'up-close' encounters with animals and teaches children about conservation.

The Zoo is aimed at children and young people aged 2-15 years and their families.

At the Zoo, children and adults can:

• see animals from around the world;
• hear, smell and touch animals; and
• learn more about animals and the environment.

Please contact the Zoo before visiting to check closing times or to book groups, tours or parties in advance. No dogs are allowed at the zoo, except guide dogs for the blind.

At the Zoo, there are many different kinds of animals. There is also a play area for children. Snacks, hot and cold drinks are available to buy from the shop and there is access to a heated indoor baby feeding room with chairs, toys, books and a microwave.
