Get Set Go! 28th April 2026

Wandsworth Council will be hosting a Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) event for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) called Get Set Go! 

This year's event will be held on 28th April 2026 at Wandsworth Civic Suite.

The aim of the event is to support the transition of young people with SEND from childhood to adulthood. Young people, parent/carers, schools and providers are invited to the event. The day will be a market stall-style event and there will be providers from a number of areas such as education, employment, health, housing and safeguarding.

There will be several interactive activities on the day and some great musical performances will be taking place throughout the event.

Lunch and refreshments will be available during the event.

While we hope attendees will come away from the event informed, we hope it will be fun for those who come along!
