Evolve
Evolve offer intensive support to young people and young adults (up to age 25) who are at risk of, or affected by exploitation or going missing.
Evolve's work centres on the importance of creating safety in relationships - with a primary carer, trusted adult or consistent professional. Specialist practitioners can offer non-judgemental and trauma informed 1:1 support. The work is bespoke, consent based, and led by the young person. This means that the team work hard to find creative ways to engage with all young people who are referred to them.
Evolve can also offer group work and training in Wandsworth schools and community settings.
If you know a young person / young adult who you think would benefit from support please contact the team at [javascript protected email address]. Referrals will be reviewed on a weekly basis and referrers will receive communication from the team about the progress of their referral when all information has been reviewed. Sometimes a different team/service is more appropriate, this will always be communicated to the referrer and they will be assisted with onward signposting.
