EmployAbility

EmployAbility is a not-for-profit Service which works with disabled university students and graduates to ease the transition from education into employment. They work with many leading private and public sector Services to help them become more disability inclusive.

EmployAbility has a highly skilled team of advisers who can offer free support, advice and guidance throughout the entire recruitment process and beyond, including:

  • Information and advice on disability and neurodivergence related adjustments you may need during the recruitment process and/or in the workplace
  • Student empowerment: one-to-one adjustments advice; advocacy; your rights to privacy and adjustments, and advice on sensitive issues such as disclosure of a disability 
  • Opportunities for applications to first year, internship, graduate programmes and Insight events with EmployAbility’s disability inclusive employer partners
