Venue Notes
For the training pool sessions, parents or carers do need to join their young people inside the pool. This is because they are the younger attendees and are beginners. This also helps build their rapport in the water and with the swim teaching staff. Some are non verbal and it helps the young people have a positive experience with the water. Plus swimming with your child is a great experience. Carers in the pool do need to be at least 14 years and over and can be a sibling.

Referral Information
There is currently a waiting list. Please register your interest with Dolphin Swim Club to be placed onto the waiting list by filling in the online form under 'Related links'.
When you get to the top of the waiting list families are contacted to go for a taster session. At these sessions it will be assessed if the needs of the individual can be met and what pool is right for them. Diagnosis in children vary and some may need more support then others so this is why its best for to be assessed.
