Ethnicity & Mental Health Improvement Project

We are here to improve access, outcomes and experiences of ethnic minorities regarding their mental health care. We are a safe place where people can come and be listened to and supported wherever they are on their mental health journeys. We also advocate for individuals, with all levels of mental health and social care professionals where necessary, in areas including housing, benefits, debt management and mental health treatment.

EMHIP Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Project

EMHIP is the ethnicity and mental health improvement project, we work with the NHS to improve access, outcomes and experiences of ethnic minorities when it comes to their mental health care.

We are a safe space where people can come and be listened to and supported, wherever they are on their mental health journeys. We also advocate for ethnic minorities regarding housing, benefits, debt management, mental health care and other issues and also help people with applications, who have language barriers or do not have access to the internet. In addition we have a range of activities and creative therapies.
