Wardley Street Respite Service
Wardley Street is a respite service managed by Certitude. Certitude provides personalised support for adults in Wandsworth with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
Wardley Street is:
- a newly decorated two floor, modern property; and
- the ground floor accommodation has the latest adaptations for people with high support needs.
The service is close to the local high street and amenities. Staff organise a wide range of community activities for people to participate in, if they want to. The service is also registered and inspected by the CQC.
