The Early Help Hub is a resource for practitioners working with children and families to find services that can help to support these families.

"It is important that children receive the right help at the right time.  For that to happen, everyone who comes in contact with them has to play a role in identifying concerns early, sharing information, and taking prompt, informed action."
(Working Together to Safeguard Children 2012)

The Guide to Early Help Processes sets out the framework, processes and policies in place to support staff and families to work together as soon as difficulties emerge for a child in order to improve outcomes for the child.
