South West London Homefinder
Homefinder helps people with a learning disability to access housing in South West London.
The Southwest London Homefinders service is sponsored by six Southwest London boroughs, including Wandsworth, to create safe access to the private rented sector. It is run by Golden Lane Housing in partnership with Mencap.
Golden Lane Housing works with people with a learning disability to provide supported housing around which they can build their lives. They were established as an independent registered charity by Mencap in 1998 to help tackle the immense challenges that people with a learning disability face in finding a home.
