Paediatric Community Dietitian

This service is provided by a small team of Registered Dietitians who offer assessment, treatment and advice to people requiring dietary modifications in order to maintain and promote optimum health.
This service is for children aged 0-19 with developmental needs and registered with a Wandsworth GP who requires a nutritional assessment with the following co morbidities:
- faltering growth;
- enteral tube feeding;
- malnutrition;
- selective eaters e.g ASD;
- micronutrient deficiency;
- constipation;
- obesity;
- milk / food allergy; coeliac disease*
Referrals should be made through your GP and sent to stgh-tr.wandsworthdietpaeds@nhs.net.
*Food/milk allergies that cause rapid and/or severe reactions should be referred by your GP to the hospital allergy team.
