The Junction Health Centre

The Junction Health Centre is an NHS clinic run by Practice Plus.  It is open seven days a week, 8am-8pm, including bank holidays. 

To attend The Junction Health Centre GP practice, you must live in the practice area and register with a GP there.

Contact the health centre and ask to register with them. They will ask you to complete a form called a GMS1, giving details such as:

• your name and address
• your date of birth
• your NHS number (if you know it)
• other information, such as the name and address of your previous GP
