London Borough Hammersmith & Fulham - Schools Information

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham lies to the northwest of Wandsworth, on the other side of the River Thames (across Putney and Wandsworth Bridges). Hammersmith and Fulham has 35 Primary Schools, 8 Secondary Schools, and 5 non-mainstream schools.
In 2001 Hammersmith & Fulham Council, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council devised a scheme to reduce costs by sharing services. Known as the 'tri-borough', these three London Boroughs share the provision of some of the services they provide, in order to save money.
Children and young people who live in Wandsworth can attend nurseries, primary schools, maintained and academy schools, and colleges in Hammersmith and Fulham (attendance may be subject to distance restrictions).
