South London Shotokan Karate Club

Karate is a martial art that focuses on self-defence, using the hands and feet for blocking and striking. It encourages physical activity and self-discipline.

South London Shotokan Karate Club sessions are suitable for 8-15 year old beginners.

Karate can help you:

  • get in shape;
  • defend yourself;
  • relieve stress;
  • improve your self-confidence; and
  • meet new people and make friends.

There is a charge for sessions. Please contact the Sensei for further information and to book a place. Karate training uniforms (Gi) can be bought through the Sensei for £15.
