Health4Life Child Weight Management Services. Group and 1 to 1 sessions for families that aim to increase knowledge of healthy eating to promote sustainable lifestyle changes. Children aged 5-11 years who have been identified through NCMP with BMI over the 91st centile at Reception or BMI over 98 the centile at Year 6 will be offered a place on a programme.
