GymLetics and Athletics Programme

Begin2Sports Group Limited offers inclusive fun physical fitness and health and wellbeing programmes through sport. With sports coaching science background, both sports consultancy and coaching can be provided.

Begin2Sports Group (CIC) have launched their new GymLetic and Athletics programme which combines popular sporting activities such as

• Gymnasium
• Gymnastics
• Athletics
• Strengthening
• Conditioning

This programme helps to stimulate, enhance physical fitness and general well being. The classes are suitable for children and young people aged 5-16 years of age. All abilities welcome (The classes are beneficial for children with ADHD and Dyspraxia)

Tuesdays beginning 8th January 2019
Falconbrook Primary School, Battersea
6:00pm to 7:00pm
Trial Fee: £60 per term (12 week course)

Athletics Club
Wednesday and Friday
Battersea Park Millennium Track
5:30pm to 6:30pm
(Children participate in competitions and field trips)
