Action on Elder Abuse

Action on Elder Abuse (AEA) works to protect, and prevent the abuse of, vulnerable older adults. This is the first charity to address these problems and are the only charity in the UK and in Ireland working exclusively on the issue today.

This service is for people who are concerned about the welfare of an elderly person.

The organisation aims to:

• prevent the abuse of older people by raising awareness;
• encourage education;
• promote research; and
• collect and disseminate information.
