Level 1 Makaton for Parents
Wandsworth parents and carers are welcome to come along to a level 1 Makton training session at the SEN and Inclusion Hub.
The training is a whole day and provides a practical introduction to the Makaton Language Programme. The day will cover:
- commonly asked questions,
- hints and tips for effective signing and symbol use,
- and how to start using Makaton in everyday situations.
You will gain a certificate of attendance afterwards, plus a manual.
