Tenancy Support Service
This service provides support to Wandsworth Council Tenants who are having problems maintaining their tenancy usually because of rent arrears or anti-social behaviour.
To use the service, you must be a council tenant in the borough of Wandsworth. You should be able to prove that your tenancy is at risk.
A council tenant can receive support with:
- rent arrears;
- claiming and checking their benefits (including Housing, Council Tax, Jobseekers);
- managing the household budget; and
- reporting and ordering repairs.
You can be referred by a health professional or housing officer or you can contact the service direct.
