Home to School SEND Travel Assistance - The Appeals Process

If you are not satisfied with the Panel decision, you have the right to appeal the decision within 20 working days of receipt of the panel decision letter.

This is Stage 1 of the appeals procedure.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the Stage 1 appeal, you should lodge an online Stage 2 appeal within 20 working days of receiving the Stage 1 appeal decision.
