The Marmalade Cat

The Marmalade Cat is situated in St Andrews United Reform Church opposite Clapham Common. The children are split into 2 groups, the Marmalade Kittens and the Marmalade Cats.  The children each have a Group Teacher who monitors their development.  The Kittens are rising three and the Cats rising four.

The Marmalade Cat was established in 2004.  The school teaches through Montessori and traditional methods.  It was judged outstanding by Ofsted on its last inspection.  Extra subjects taught by peripatetic teachers include music, fit and fun, French and ballet. 

The school times are Monday to Friday 8.45am-Noon. For the older children there are also extended day sessions until 3.15pm.  They also run a separate afternoon school, which starts at 12.45pm and runs to 4.00pm.
