Health4Life KickStart is a 10 week healthy lifestyle programme for children ages 5-11 who live in Wandsworth.
Each session includes a nutrition workshop and an activity session.

Visit your GP or School Nurse for a referral. Children who are identified as having a BMI above the 91st centile by the National Child Weight Management Programme will automatically be referred and will receive a call from a member of our team.
