Wandsworth Contact Service - Contact Centres

The contact service provides safe venues and supervisors to facilitate contact between parents, children, siblings and children looked after by Children's Specialist Services. 

Contact sessions take place in purpose-designed rooms with one or two contact supervisors.

The service provides: 

• 10 purpose-designed, modern, fully-equipped rooms 
• wide range of toys
• educational resources
• communal space
• two kitchens
• outdoor play areas

Contacts can also be held in other venues such as parks, leisure centres, hospitals, prisons, and other locations. These can be supervised, unsupervised, or supported.

The service is accessible through referral only. Referrals are made by Children's Specialist Services, for example, through social workers.
