Wandsworth Schools' Music Service

Wandsworth Schools’ Music Service run a Saturday music centre based in Tooting.

 
For children aged 7-11 who want to learn an instrument, both music centres offer a variety of musical activities including tuition in a range of instruments, ensembles, choir, and musicianship sessions.
 
For secondary students, both centres run programmes of more advanced instrumental tuition linked to orchestra and ensemble sessions. Members of the orchestra also have the opportunity for inclusion on holiday courses and orchestral tours.
 
Younger children from 3–6 years also have the opportunity to enjoy a fun introduction to music and song with the Sound Start Programme at the Wandsworth Centre.
