Keep in Touch Team

The Keep in Touch (KIT) service offers to keep in touch with families to provide information, advice and support on an ongoing basis to families who need low level access to help and services. 

Families that have provided consent will be contacted on a periodic basis, including at key transition points for children, to ensure they have all the information and support they need.

KIT talk to parents through telephone calls and email - not in person.

The families may have already had support from Early Help, but through KIT it can be easier to access support if they need it in the future.
