Alexander House Nursery

Alexander House Nursery School is a family owned nursery school and provides flexible day care and preschool service for children aged 12 months to 5 years old.​

We offer a caring and nurturing environment that is welcoming for children. Our bright and beautiful rooms with plenty of windows and natural light are welcoming, clean, and safe.

We are open for 50 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.​The nursery is based on the ground floor of Alexander House on Merton Road, minutes from the Southside Shopping Centre.

As a family-run nursery, this safe and warm environment gives you peace of mind while your child is at their home, away from home. We believe in learning through play and the Curiosity approach. These approaches allow children to learn by using their natural curiosity. Allowing them to grow at their own pace by exploring, discovering and figure things out in a natural environment both indoors and outdoors.

We also provide a wide range of extracurricular activities including French, Spanish, robotics, drama and forest school.

As an independent nursery we are able to provide bespoke packages based on your families needs even if they likely to change week-on-week. For life's unpredictable moments, we are proud to be able to provide our families with transparent and flexible childcare options.
