SignHealth

SignHealth is a national charity that is focussed on improving the mental and physical health of Deaf people by helping them to access healthcare and other services. They provide:

• Health information for deaf people
• Advocacy services
• Housing services
• Counselling and mental health therapies
• Outreach and life skills services to help deaf people live independently
• Communication services, including SignTranslate services to help doctors and medical professionals communicate better with Deaf people

Sign Health are also involved in research, lobbying the government and campaigning for the rights of deaf people.
