Spear at Clapham Junction

After running a reduced service and supporting our past trainees, Spear Clapham Junction is now running the Spear Programme: Online.
Young people are predicted to be the hardest hit as we emerge from lockdown and we want to respond to this. The Spear Programme: Online will continue to focus on confidence, mindsets and the vital skills and resources young people need to get in to work or education. By delivering weekly group and 1-1 coaching sessions, we hope to counteract the devastating impact this time has had and present young people with a way forward. 75% of our trainees get into work, education or training and are still there a year later and we know that because we are still in touch with over 90% of them.

Spear is a free, interactive year long programme that not only gets you ready for work, but also helps you find, sustain and progress in employment or further training. 75% of Spear graduates are in employment or education and still there a year after completing Spear Foundation.
