Transport for London (TfL) travel support card

TfL produce a free travel support card to help people communicate any assistance or information requirements they have with staff. You can use it on any of their services. These include trams and buses, Docklands Light Railway, all Tube and Overground stations as well as some piers, all boats and Victoria Coach Station.
There is space on the card to write down what assistance or information you need. You can order a card online. Alternatively you can download and print your own copy, by visiting their website.
