Acas is a non-departmental body, governed by an independent Council.  

Acas provide information, advice, training and other services for employers and employees to help prevent or resolve workplace problems.

Acas can provide:

  • independent, impartial and confidential advice;
  • over 30 years’ experience of working with people in organisations of every size and type; and
  • advice on employment rights and rules.
